Is Josh aka Stephen Mezzei a scammer or a cheater?

Review: This is just a little boy trying to be a man. He rides around on a Ninja motorcycle thinking he is all that and trying to be a player. Said his name was Josh but I found out that is a lie and he is cheating. Always trying to borrow money but he never paid it back. Always late and has some excuse for losing his job. Don’t trust him girls this little boy is worthless.
