Is Emilys511 a scammer or a crazy?

Emily met a man online and gave him her email address. The emails show they then agreed to meet for sex. The man got a hotel room but Emily never showed up. He had no way to reach her because he was stupid enough to meet her without a phone number. When the man finally heard from her the messages show Emily went crazy on the man and then ghosted completely.
