Is Veronica Marie a scammer?

A man met Veronica Marie on a dating website. The messages show she spoke very bad English. She was in Indiana USA but the mileage on the app shows she was very far away and it kept changing. She suggested they hook up so he asked for her phone number but she gave him an online phone number through an app that scammers often use. Later her profile on the app was deleted for being a scam.
