Is Sadie in Philadelphia a scammer or prostitute?

A man met Sadie on Tinder. He said she is much younger than him and Sadie claimed to be a college biology student looking for a sugardaddy. Sadie told him she would have sex with him if he paid her bills and bought her things. He agreed and made plans to meet but Sadie didn’t show up.

When we looked up the phone number it is listed as a scam. Is Sadie a prostitute or a scam? Does anyone have any real information about her?
